oran_agra_i'm trying to run a sample app from esbox (latest sdk image running inside vmware) through sbrsh on my n900, and it asks me for the password for the user 'user'... nothing i put in works.17:46

PavelHello. I am interesting in writing a Maemo 5 application that would make use of GnuPG, so I am trying to understand the role it plays in Maemo (beyond the Debian role). There is a directory /home/user/.gnupg, but it only contains one file: trustdb.gpg, and it's owned by root. What is it for? How can/should the user user use gpg?23:46

PavelI've experimented a little -- bad idea, in retrospect -- moving /home/user/.gnupg out of the way and running gpg as an ordinary user. It worked as gpg would. I deleted that, and ran gpg as root. It created /home/user/.gnupg (not /root/.gnupg), and created files pubring.gpg and secring.gpg (which is what it does on an ordinary Debian platform), but not trustdb.gpg.23:53
