X-FadeHi18:02
Woody14619hi there. :)18:02
Stskeepso/18:02
X-FadeI wonder if javispedro is back already..18:03
Woody14619I thought he was out through mid week...18:03
X-FadeYeah, might be.18:04
X-FadeAnyway... :)18:04
X-FadeI did not have a lot of time this week to work on the OBS stuff.18:05
X-FadeA lot of crazy things happened last week, so that ate away my time.18:05
X-FadeThis afternoon I started creating the project for the SB2 part.18:06
X-FadeI noticed that I have a broken scheduler atm..18:06
X-FadeStskeeps: # tail -f /srv/obs/log/scheduler_armv7el.log sorting 565 packages18:07
X-Fadecycle: gettext -> maemo-optify18:07
Stskeepsmake sure your build is matching18:07
X-Fadecycle: gettext -> intltool18:07
X-Fadeargh..18:07
Stskeepsie, build == mine18:07
X-FadeUndefined subroutine &Build::get_sb2installs called at ./bs_sched line 643.18:07
Stskeepsyes18:07
X-FadeYeah.18:07
X-FadeVersion: 2012.03.06.git7e96e92-1.118:07
X-FadeArch: noarch18:07
X-FadeVendor: obs://build.pub.meego.com/home:xfade:obs18:07
Stskeepsis this the sb2-b1 one?18:07
X-FadeThat is the one I packaged.18:07
Stskeepsok18:07
Stskeepsi don't recall get_sb2installs in my code, so18:08
Stskeepsperhaps needs a restart of bs_sched ?18:08
X-FadeDid you touch obs-server?18:08
Stskeepsthere was a fair bit of changes in obs-server for sure18:08
X-FadeVersion: 2.2.128.gite063944-1.118:08
X-FadeVendor: obs://build.pub.meego.com/Mer:OBS:Testing18:09
Stskeepsok, that's probably why18:09
Stskeepsit should come from your home:xfade:obs18:09
X-FadeWell, I didn't package it.18:09
Stskeepsyour home:xfade:obs doesn't contain obs-server ?18:10
X-FadeI only packaged build-initvm, build-mkbaselibs and obs-build.18:11
Stskeepsok18:11
Stskeepsthat's probably the missing bit then :)18:11
X-FadeMakes sense :)18:12
X-FadeSo I should grab that from your git repo too then.18:12
Stskeepsyes, i thought the packaging script did that18:12
X-Fadechecking....18:13
X-FadeIt pulls the git repo.18:14
Stskeepsok18:15
Stskeepsit should update obs server package too i would think18:15
X-FadeAh, right. Found it :)18:16
X-FadeOk, that I will fix :)18:16
Woody14619X-Fade: Did you get my email about documenters? Have either approached you yet?18:18
X-FadeWoody14619: I have gotten your mail, but did not have anyone contact me yet.18:19
Woody14619K. I'll follow up with them to make sure we get rolling? would you prefer them here or via e-mail?18:19
X-FadeWoody14619: We can do both. Depends on time zones.18:20
Woody14619K. will do that today once in the office then. :) (on via cell atm)18:21
X-FadeOk, server package sent to obs...18:22
X-FadeArgh, missing dependencies.18:22
X-FadeOk, well I have to figure that out.18:23
X-FadeI hope I have some more time this week to work on the OBS stuff, but it looks like it is going to be a hectic week.18:25
Woody14619again: if there is anything I or Council can do to help, please let me know. This is top priority from our view. :)18:27
X-FadeOk, will let you know.18:27
Woody14619X-fade: I do have one non-obs item if we're done w/ the meeting?18:32
X-FadeWoody14619: Yeah, I guess we're done with the OBS part.18:33
Woody14619X-fade: seems the auto-replier for the garage is telling folks they person running it is no longer at Nokia, & the auto-promoter is not alaway atuo-allowing after 3 or 4 days.18:34
Woody14619do you know who has inherited that?18:34
X-FadeWoody14619: the garage autoreply should be fixed. I did that last week.18:35
Woody14619k. :) we seem to have someone in a time delay then.  I'll follow up w/ them & mail if theres a problem.18:36
X-FadeWhich autopromotor are you talking about?18:36
Woody14619I think it was the one where you setup a new garage to upload sources & what not.18:37
X-FadeWe don't have anything which allowes things after 3 or 4 days?18:37
Woody14619the reply mail is coming from ext-stefano.mosconi at nokia18:38
X-FadeYeah, I removed him last week.18:38
X-FadeShould not be happening after friday or so.18:38
X-Fadelast friday.18:39
Woody14619signup for a new garage can take a few days... I did it last month & got auto-promoted, but it took 3 days. :)18:39
X-FadeThat is a manual thing.18:39
X-FadeFerenc and I do that.18:39
Woody14619k, again, I'll check today & get back to you if it's still an issue.18:39
X-FadeSo weekends can create delays :)18:39
X-FadeBut there are 0 projects pending.18:39
Woody14619ah ok... the signup said it was automated last month... but could be lying? :)18:40
Woody14619right, will stop bugging you now then. :) thanks again!18:40
X-FadeCan be default gforge message.18:40
X-FadeBut we really do it manually. As people come up with crazy stuff :)18:41
Woody14619lol.. true...18:41
X-FadeStskeeps: The new package fixed the error btw.18:41
X-FadeMultitasking FTW :)18:42
X-FadeWoody14619: I'll also follow up on the non-free promotion thing. Will also be quite some work as people uploaded non-free stuff as free and it needs to move between repos.18:43
Woody14619Thanks.  I think the issue here is more on the dependancy on a non-free. Still, you probably know the issue betteer than me. :)18:45
X-FadeWell, I asked for an example package. So I can test to see what is going on.18:46
X-FadeSo let's see..18:46
Woody14619k, will make sure that gets to you then. :)18:47
X-FadeOk, time for me to get me some dinner. Talk to you later!18:47
Woody14619lunch for me. :)18:48
X-FadeAnd you need to get your first coffee?18:48
X-FadeAh ;)18:48
* Woody14619 waves18:48
X-FadeLater!18:48
*** Woody14619 has quit IRC18:49
merlin1991dinner, which timezone are you in?18:49
X-Fademerlin1991: CET18:49
merlin1991hm quite an early dinner :)18:49
X-FadeWell, I need to cook it too, you know :)18:50
merlin1991still :D18:50
X-FadeI'm not doing the microwave shit ;)18:50
merlin1991dunno I'm used to dinner around 20 or 2118:50
merlin1991also I have a small question about the maemo repos, which tools are used to manage them / generate Packages.gz and the Releases file?18:51
X-Fadeapt-ftparchive18:51
merlin1991I tried reprepro, which is nice, but only indexes the latest version, and dpkg-scanpackages also only indexes the latest version18:51
merlin1991and how are the debs/dsc/tar.gz files placed in the tree beforhand? Also a nifty tool, or self scripted?18:53
X-FadeYeah, we use queue-manager for that. Basically a big shell script which was developed inside Nokia.18:54
X-FadeBut it does just that. Do some checks and copy the files into the tree, run apt-ftparchive, sign the repo.18:55
